Our Refund and Return Policy

Goods supplied in accordance with the Customers order can only be returned with the approval of Invacare Online. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 15 days from the date of sale and the original order/sale/invoice number needs to be stated.

Where goods are accepted they must be delivered at the Customer's expense back to Invacare Online's warehouse in brand new condition and must remain in original packaging or be packaged appropriately where applicable. Returned products are the Customer's respon­sibility until they reach Invacare Online. Invacare Online will not be responsible for goods or products lost or damaged in transit. Invacare Online reserves the right to charge an administration fee for returned goods. 

Any refunds (at Invacare Online's discretion) will be refunded in the form of the original payment method used on Invacare Online. 
Please note, we cannot accept the return of any commodes or cushions due to hygiene reasons.
